Digitalized Vehicle Onboarding
Replaced manual Excel uploads with a fully digital and automated onboarding process for fleet vehicles.
Implemented a multi-step form workflow with real-time data validation, local storage for draft saving, and seamless API integration to prefill vehicle information via VIN.
Ensured data accuracy and a smooth, user-friendly experience, significantly reducing manual errors and setup time.
Stripe Integration & Billing
Integrated a complete Stripe payment system within the onboarding process.
Enabled clients to securely create and manage payment methods (SEPA, credit card, etc.) directly on the platform.
Developed backend services, including a CRON job to automatically generate invoices, handle recurring billing, and manage client subscriptions.
